Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Project Management experience with a medium or large mechanical contractor.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Complete full mechanical hvac and plumbing project from start-up to close-out
• Fully understand and track the project's scope, schedule and budget from start to finish
• Chose and review progress of other sub-contractors
• Work with vendors and suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and best terms and pricing for materials
• Attend preconstruction meetings
• Complete on-site visits
