Job summary

Harris seeks an Maintenance Sales Representative to drive HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements. You will cold-call, prospect, and build client relationships while highlighting service capabilities and cost savings.

You will analyze customer needs, quantify owning and operating costs, and monitor activities via CRM to fuel regional growth. A business/construct. mgmt degree is preferred with 2+ years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or construction management preferred.
• 2+ years new business development and sales experience.
• 2+ years proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.
• 1+ years prospecting and appointment setting/cold calling.
• 3+ years Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling, prospecting, lead generating, and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
• Make cold calls through various media as required in designated areas by Sales Manager/General Manager.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and company service capabilities.
• Compute owning and operating costs pertaining to HVAC, plumbing, and energy; estimate savings from new service agreements.
• Execute business development action plans for defined vertical markets; monitor sales activities through CRM.
• Ride along with Service Technicians to understand services offered and build relationships with field, office, and management personnel.
