Job summary

APR Supply Co. is a leading distributor with locations across PA, NJ, MD, DE and WV. We seek a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative in Plum, PA to write orders, take calls, prepare bids, and deliver exceptional service.

You will generate quotes, utilize CRM, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accuracy and timely responses. A strong product knowledge base and persuasive selling skills help drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within Plumbing & HVAC industries in inside sales.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and digital channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with customers.
• Persuasive selling abilities to drive purchasing decisions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Adaptability in dynamic inside sales environments.
• Product knowledge to address inquiries and tailor solutions.
• Results-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Write orders, take calls, prepare project bids, and provide customer service.
• Generate quotations, bids, submittals and follow up on quotes.
• Use CRM and phone system effectively.
• Collaborate with APR teammates to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide backup support and address customer concerns and suggestions.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and upsell.
