• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proven sales abilities are essential.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Eclipse software.
• Proficient written and verbal communications.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, departments and vendors.
• Self-motivated and able to work with others.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer base and market share.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on client specs.
• Input and process orders correctly and complete sales transactions.
• Pick customer orders from warehouse and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Collaborate with customers to address inquiries, concerns and issues promptly.
• Gather feedback to provide insights for product or service improvements.
• Work with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Identify areas for branch efficiency improvements and maintain health and safety policies.
