Role Overview

As a Dispatcher, you will lead scheduling efforts, coordinate with teams, and ensure excellent customer service. Your day involves managing calls, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with sales, installation, and technician teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, reception, or customer service
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn ServiceTitan software
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Call center experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• HVAC or home services experience is a plus
