Salary and Work Hours

The salary range for this position is $47,840 to $52,000. Must be able to work weekends: Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Remote work is available if you live far from our headquarters in Newport Beach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate, and manage emergency or non-emergency service requests from customers, technicians, or sites through various communication channels.
• Prioritize issues, communicate effectively, and escalate critical matters as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with protocols and SLAs.
• Remain empathetic and calm under pressure, accurately communicating urgency.
• Operate within Field Service and Customer Relationship software; demonstrate strong multitasking and data entry skills.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Work onsite or remotely during business hours, after hours, weekends, and some holidays within a 24/7 call center environment.
• Travel periodically (10-25%) to local CNG and LNG stations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Dispatching experience and understanding of mechanics and compressor operations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Typing speed of 45-50 wpm; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Field Service Operations.
• College degree with 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and write reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dispatching or maintenance systems is a plus.
• Certified training provided and required.

Additional Information

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Physical demands include handling, walking, sitting, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Moderate noise environment.
