A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / CUSTOMER CARE REP

As a Dispatcher, you will lead your team to ensure clients are heard and receive excellent customer service. Your focus will be on maximizing scheduling efficiency while maintaining client satisfaction. Your day involves phone and computer work, handling incoming and outbound calls, dispatching sales, installation, and service appointments. You will coordinate with sales, installation, and technician teams to ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCHER

• Experience in scheduling, reception, and customer service
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to learn and use ServiceTitan software (prior experience is a plus)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Call center experience preferred
• Maintain evening and weekend availability
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus
