Job summary

Mac Vik Plumbing in Golden, CO is refreshing its call center and seeks a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle calls, schedule service appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling and electric, provide pricing information, and maintain customer records to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Eligible candidates have at least 3 years of CSR/Dispatching experience in plumbing/heating/electric, and

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Summary

We are re-freshing our New Call Center. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support.
• Supporting each CSR and Dispatcher

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service (CSR) experience in HVAC/Plumbing industry.
