Job summary

Air Treatment Corporation seeks an Internal Customer Coordinator – Parts Department to own end-to-end parts and warranty support for internal service teams. You will handle parts orders, warranty claims, and inventory coordination to keep Field Service, Aftermarket, and Data Center teams operating smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in parts/order management, HVAC familiarity, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers growth within a collaborative, service-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in parts, order management, customer service, warranty administration, purchasing, or a related field.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical or industrial equipment preferred.
• Established relationships with commercial HVAC contractors or service providers is a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturer catalogs or warranty portals is advantageous.
• Experience supporting Field Service, Data Center service operations and warranty recovery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal parts requests from Field Service, Aftermarket, and Data Center Service teams.
• Manage parts orders from request through fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and closeout.
• Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and order requirements with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Monitor open orders and communicate status, delays, and delivery dates.
• Expedite urgent orders to minimize service delays and equipment downtime.
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate returns or replacements.
• Provide guidance on parts identification, cross-references, and catalog information.
