• Market Research: stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Product Presentations and Demonstrations: conduct presentations for clients and contractors.
• Quoting and Pricing: provide accurate quotes and negotiate terms to close deals; quote bulk pricing.
• Collaboration: work with customer service, technical support, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing.
• Forecasting and Reporting: prepare sales forecasts and updates for management.
• Vendor Relations: coordinate in-store or on-site training with vendors.
• Run reports to identify customers at risk or opportunities to upsell.
