Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years related experience, including 2-4+ years HVAC or related sales.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Experience in parts identification and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales of HVAC parts, equipment and supplies by phone and in-person.
• Plan and implement operational policies and goals.
• Motivate staff to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Coordinate with leaders to maintain and develop standards.
• Define staff responsibilities with the District Manager.
• Provide technical support and handle orders and inquiries.
• Determine inventory mix based on market trends.
• Oversee inventory management and cycle counts.
• Process orders promptly and accurately.
• Price inventory competitively while protecting margins.
• Manage ongoing operations and staff schedules.
