Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, parts sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of technical, mechanical, or parts-related products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotes, and orders while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent business software.
• Ability to learn and effectively use sales, inventory, order management, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding parts and products, features, pricing, and delivery.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, products, and solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable and responsive customer service throughout the sales and order process.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate quotes; prepare and provide pricing, terms, and bid specifications.
• Apply product and industry knowledge to identify appropriate solutions for customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Verify product availability and communicate delivery expectations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, orders, and product information, and ensure data integrity in systems.
