Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn sales and CRM systems.
• Dependable and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers at the Madison Parts counter and respond to calls.
• Identify HVAC parts, products, and solutions for customers.
• Provide pricing, availability, quotes, and order statuses.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, and product data.
• Develop product knowledge and stay current on updates.
• Collaborate with Parts, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.
