Job summary

US Air Conditioning Distributors is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Salesperson for our Visalia location. You will greet customers, assist with HVAC parts needs, and drive sales via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, keeping the store organized, and delivering excellent customer service during peak demand. High school diploma and 1 year HVAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW:

US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking talented and energetic parts counter sales professionals for its NEW Visalia Parts Store. As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will create an inviting atmosphere for our customers by greeting walk-in and phone-in customers, assisting them in their HVAC parts needs, and differentiating US Air Conditioning Distributors from our competitors by providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for selling parts to customers by phone, email, and face-to-face; keeping inventory fully stocked, and keeping the store clean and well organized.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year HVAC Experience

PREFERRED:

• Customer service skills
• Teamwork skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times
• Knowledge in HVAC parts, supplies, and systems
