Job summary

Aire Serv LLC is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to advise homeowners on HVAC solutions, guiding decisions to maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. You will collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, satisfactory experience from start to finish.

Two to three calls daily (some weekends/evenings), strong lead generation, weekly sales meetings, and detailed paperwork are part of the role. A results-driven, professional presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings.
• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead generation activities including attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete all necessary paperwork: agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.
