Aire Serv is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to serve as a trusted consultant for homeowners seeking HVAC solutions. You’ll guide clients to maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality while coordinating with installation and service teams for a smooth experience from start to finish.

You will make 2–3 calls daily, attend events for lead generation, and participate in weekly sales meetings. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and computer literacy are essential for

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and business software.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings.
• Lead generation through networking events, home shows, and outbound calls.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete paperwork, finance documents, heat gain/loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.
