Aire Serv LLC is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners on HVAC solutions, focusing on comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. You will collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, satisfactory customer experience from initial contact to completion.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound calls, hands-on lead generation, and weekly sales meetings. A strong client focus, professional demeanor, and solid computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality.
• Computer literate with basic software know-how.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make two to three client calls per day, including some weekends and evenings.
• Receive and handle inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
• Engage in lead generation through networking events, home shows and outreach.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete paperwork including agreements, finance docs, heat gain/loss calculations, installation notes and rebates forms.
