Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or technical sales role.
• Experience as Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Technical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems and commercial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and industry stakeholders.
• Promote and sell commercial HVAC product lines, including air distribution and equipment.
• Work with estimators to review project documents and support accurate quotations.
• Present product options, technical solutions, and value engineering recommendations.
• Manage multiple bids and opportunities with effective follow-up.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners on product selection, pricing, and inquiries.
• Attend customer meetings, jobsite visits, and training sessions as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
