Job summary

Vemco, Inc. in western Montana (Missoula or Kalispell) is seeking a full-time outside sales representative to drive HVAC equipment sales and support consulting engineers.

You will price, quote, and close opportunities, travel regularly, and build lasting relationships with contractors and engineers. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Solid MS Office competence and strong written/verbal communication.
• Track record in outside sales or HVAC equipment sales is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Select, price, quote, submit, order, and provide field support for HVAC equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC systems to be a trusted advisor for engineers.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with contractors and engineers.
• Call on contractors to position Vemco to provide budgets during design and preconstruction.
