Nextech in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking an Operations Training and Development Specialist to oversee and grow our workforce through essential training programs within the service operations team.

You will lead ASM, Dispatcher, RSM, and Integrations training, manage LMS content, collaborate with SMEs, and drive performance improvements while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards. This role requires travel 25–50% and a strong background in adult learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience coordinating in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Organizes ASM training, coordinates regional sessions and new hire training.
• Oversees Integrations, Dispatcher, and RSM training programs.
• Manages LMS content and coordinates with SMEs and external trainers.
• Develops training plans, assesses effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
• Travels 25-50% for on-site training and evaluations.
