Job summary

Nextech is seeking an Integration Regional Service Manager (RSM) to lead the integration of newly acquired locations. You will work with Operations and the Integration team to provide hands-on leadership, training, and guidance, ensuring seamless onboarding and service quality for customers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of field HVAC/R leadership, strong management and coaching skills, and a track record of recruiting and developing Dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field technical experience or equivalent
• Regional Service Manager experience preferred
• Strong HVAC/R knowledge with ability to coach technicians and customers
• Demonstrated management, coaching, and conflict-resolution experience
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing Dispatchers
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-service skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strategic, results-focused with attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Travel to newly acquired locations to train RSMs and oversee Dispatcher onboarding
• Develop and execute training plans with clear objectives and timelines
• Partner with Integration team to build onboarding plans for new locations
• Provide regular progress updates on training and readiness
• Coach local management on hiring, training, and performance management
• Guide RSMs to achieve office goals and customer expectations
• Train RSMs to manage Dispatchers, relationships, and costs
• Conduct annual performance reviews with Operations Manager approval
• Support ASMs and help RSMs develop technicians
• Maintain customer satisfaction and communicate needs across teams
• Represent Nextech professionally and uphold safety and integrity
