Job summary

Cascade Services seeks a General Manager HVAC to lead operations across multiple regions, driving profitability and efficiency. You will oversee a leadership team, manage budgets and forecasting, and ensure safety and quality in installation and service activities.

Success hinges on strong communication, staff development, and a data-driven approach to KPI measurement and process improvement across sales, service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, or four+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization.
• English language required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company by setting short- and long-term goals with leadership.
• Drive performance with daily/weekly meetings of managers and service teams.
• Establish KPI tracking and monitor performance against targets.
• Manage materials and manpower for profitability and efficiency.
• Implement safety, quality, and regulatory standards across activities.
• Lead sales processes: lead generation, qualification, CRM, and closing deals.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of technicians, staff, and managers.
