Job summary

The role directs overall business operations, financial performance, and project execution for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical service, with a focus on safety, profitability, and growth.

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial mechanical contractor or construction management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing systems, and local building codes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations, project delivery, shop/fabrication management, and field safety protocols.
• Develop annual operating budgets, manage P&L, track job-costing metrics, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Lead sales functions, drive regional business development goals, and build emerging construction or service trades.
• Mentor project managers, department heads, and skilled tradespeople while managing recruitment, training, and performance.
