The ideal candidate has strong residential HVAC, duct systems knowledge, and a track record of building high-performing teams within performance-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead sales-focused service teams
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead service, installation & sales teams and coach technicians
• Own KPIs and drive revenue, margins, and efficiency
• Develop technical training plans and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and customer satisfaction
