Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair building HVAC equipment across multiple facilities.
• Troubleshoot failures, determine best corrective actions, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and repair records; operate company vehicles as needed.
• Collaborate with teams and coach others on HVAC best practices.
