Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Manager in Las Vegas to provide comprehensive PM support across HVAC construction projects. You will ensure adherence to standards, budgets and deadlines while maintaining clear communications with the project team and clients.

Responsibilities include document control, RFIs, progress drawings, and coordination with subcontractors. Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, and cost management is required, with a focus on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and mechanical systems experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend construction documents/cad drawings.
• Experience with project controls and cost management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support during HVAC construction to meet standards, budgets, deadlines and communications.
• Review and distribute contract documents and submittals to team members.
• Draft, submit and track RFIs and responses; attend field coordination meetings.
• Develop and manage project schedules and weekly work plans; coordinate with manpower.
