Responsibilities

• Provide project management support during HVAC construction to meet standards, budget, deadlines and communications.
• Review and distribute contract documents, submittals and RFIs to team members.
• Develop and manage project schedules, work plans and manpower coordination.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and manage tool rentals with Purchasing.
• Track labor productivity and project costs in accounting software; report status.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and general contractors; support sales goals.
