Harris is seeking a Project Manager to provide PM support across HVAC construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality control. Responsibilities include document control, RFIs, submittals, coordination meetings, cost tracking and closeout documentation, with strong emphasis on safety culture and communication with owners, vendors and subcontractors.

Formación

• 5+ years in construction/Mechanical systems required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and CAD drawings.
• Strong budgeting, estimating and financial tracking skills.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Procore).
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management support through all construction phases.
• Oversee safety compliance and foster a safety culture on site.
• Document control: manage drawings, RFIs, submittals and logs.
• Coordinate meetings, draft notes and track action items.
• Manage change orders, schedules and manpower planning.
• Monitor project costs, progress, and cash flow; prepare monthly reviews.
• Support closeout: O&M manuals, training, and punch lists.
