Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join a Dallas–Fort Worth area team. This role focuses on leading commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects with an EMCOR-backed contractor, across government, education, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate brings 1–5+ years of proven experience and strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, with comfort working directly with GCs and owners to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial mechanical/HVAC construction projects.
• Strong budget, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with general contractors and owners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical/HVAC construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, and vendors to ensure project alignment and quality.
