Job summary

DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company, seeks a Project Manager for our Dallas/Fort Worth construction team. You will oversee HVAC and plumbing projects from planning through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 4–8 years in mechanical/plumbing project management, familiarity with IBC/IMC/IPC, and proficiency with BIM coordination and billing methods. North Texas experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for mechanical or plumbing construction.
• Familiar with building codes and local North Texas requirements.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC coordination and commissioning processes.
• Experience billing to customers via GMP, Lump Sum, or Cost-Plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects of varying size.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with field personnel to plan and schedule work.
• Prepare schedules of values, budgets, and cost codes.
• Prepare and submit change orders and payment applications.
• Track costs and maintain financial reports.
