LB&B Associates, Inc. - HVAC Mechanic Position

We are currently seeking an HVAC Mechanic to support our contract at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring, MD. The position is Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with an hourly pay range of $30-$38.

Qualifications:

• Possession and maintenance of a DC 2nd, DC 3rd, or MD 2nd, MD 1st Engineer License.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with central plant equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC systems, building automation systems, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
