Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to support our educational partner in Manassas, VA. The position is Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Key duties include:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment.
• Conduct preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain equipment according to industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and electrical issues as required or assigned.
• Assist and support subcontractors during installation and repair tasks.
• Coordinate with the building manager and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete regular reports on system status and work performed.
• Operate and maintain HVAC and electrical systems and related hardware.
• Implement predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and outages.
• Accurately document work on tickets and work orders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in operating and maintaining commercial buildings, with familiarity with chillers.
• Strong BAS (Building Automation System) experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
