Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is adding an experienced HVAC Mechanic to our team. You will be supporting one of our educational partners in Manassas, VA. Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The major job duties are listed below:

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspectionsof systems and associated equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain equipment to industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and electrical problems as required and/or as assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide assistance and support to sub-contractors designated to perform installation and/or repair of equipment and/or hardware as required.
• Interface with the building manager and other customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports of the system status as directed by the supervisor.
• Place or remove systems and equipment as directed.
• Prepare and distributedaily, weekly and monthly reports of system status and work completed.
• Operate and maintain HVAC and electrical systems and associated hardware and equipment as directed.
• Prepare predictive maintenance on assigned equipment to prevent breakdowns and/or outages.
• Accurately document work performed on tickets and/or work orders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial buildings/familiarity with chillers
• Must have strong BAS experience
• Excellent communication skills
