About the Role

Complete Building Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our team. You will support one of our educational partners in Manassas, VA. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The major duties include:

1. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of systems and equipment.
2. Conducting scheduled preventative and general maintenance.
3. Maintaining equipment to industry standards.
4. Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and electrical issues as required and assigned.
5. Supporting subcontractors with installation and repair tasks.
6. Communicating with the building manager and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
7. Completing reports on system status and work performed.
8. Managing systems and equipment as directed.
9. Preparing predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
10. Documenting work accurately on tickets and work orders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in operating and maintaining commercial building systems, with familiarity with chillers.
• Strong BAS experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
