Job summary

LeoForce in Roanoke, VA is seeking a mid-level HVAC Mechanic to join our construction-focused team. You will install, maintain, and repair a range of HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings, including boilers, chillers, VRF, VAV, and exhaust systems.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to job sites. We offer competitive hourly pay of $25-$40 along with health benefits, a 401(k)/ESOP, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC mechanic, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience working with boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• A strong understanding of HVAC system designs and their integration into building structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• HVAC certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities
