Job description

HVAC Mechanic (Maintenance)

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic in Montpelier, VT (Federal Building).

Compensation: Hourly pay rate: $40.00 per hour. Health & Welfare Hourly Pay: $7.00 per hour (up to 40 hours per week).

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
2. Competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment and building systems.
3. General maintenance knowledge on operating and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
4. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
5. Universal EPA or CFC certification.
6. Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
7. Must possess or be able to obtain the N.A.T.E. certification.
