Job summary

Nutricost in Utah is seeking an HVAC Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities. You will supervise technicians, coordinate daily work, and support preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, at least 3 years in commercial HVAC, RTU experience, and some leadership experience. Strong troubleshooting and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• Experience servicing rooftop units (RTUs) required.
• One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with dust collection systems preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs) and related building systems.
• Supervise and support HVAC technicians by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
• Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and materials to support timely repairs and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
• Three (3) years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• Experience servicing rooftop units (RTUs) required.

Physical Requirements
