Job summary

Southern Air LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. You will demonstrate problem-solving skills, maintain strong customer service, and attend manufacturer training.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to handle heavy equipment and outdoor work, and a background in troubleshooting HVAC with technical schooling or certification.

Qualifications

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and selling HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
