Southern Air of Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair equipment in customer homes and businesses. You will present equipment recommendations and strive to enhance value and reliability for customers.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs.
