Job summary

Southern Air of Monroe is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our family-oriented team. You will diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, demonstrate strong problem-solving, and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.

This role requires HVAC degree or certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experienced in troubleshooting, repairing, and selling HVAC.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
