Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for the next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Promote positive relationships with residents and staff; participate in on-call rotations.
