Zen Living Management is a DFW-based multifamily investment firm seeking a Maintenance Director to drive property performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours, and move rent-ready units in 3–5 business days.

You’ll work on-call to cover holidays and collaborate with leasing and renewals to maximize asset value, preferring in-house work when possible.

Qualifications

• Direct maintenance staff to ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours.
• Ensure rent-ready products are delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Lead by example through coaching, mentoring and accountability.
• Willing to work an alternating on-call schedule including holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance operations to maximize asset performance.
• Coordinate with leasing, collections and turn/renewals to benefit the asset.
• Ensure in-house maintenance work when possible rather than contracting out.
