Qualifikationen

• Proven maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Recent supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call duties as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians; assign and track work orders.
• Oversee general maintenance tasks (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair).
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct routine property inspections; ensure safety compliance and building codes.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests, repairs, and inspections.
