Job summary

S2 Residential in Arlington, TX seeks a Lead Maintenance to supervise a maintenance team, handle service requests, and ensure quality turns for resident move-ins.

You will perform preventative maintenance, HVAC/electrical work, mentor staff, and coordinate with the property manager and contractors to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

A valid driver's license and EPA Type II certification are required; weekends/on-call rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Must have prior lead maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• EPA Type II certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and any contract workers.
• Oversee turn process to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coach, mentor and conduct annual reviews for maintenance staff.
