Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of DE, LLC. is seeking a Lead Generator to engage retail customers in Salisbury, MD. The role involves initiating conversations, identifying HVAC needs, promoting services, and scheduling appointments for consultations, replacements, or upgrades.

This is a full-time/part-time position with shifts Monday–Friday and weekend availability. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour plus $50 per booked appointment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail setting.
• Friendly, outgoing, professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently.
• Retail, customer service, sales, or lead-generation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage retail customers professionally.
• Identify heating and cooling needs and interest in HVAC services.
• Promote McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services and educate customers.
• Identify qualified opportunities and schedule HVAC consultations or upgrades.
• Collaborate with store staff to maximize lead-generation opportunities.
• Accurately record customer information, leads, and appointments.
