McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of DE, LLC. is seeking a Lead Generator to engage retail customers in Rehoboth, DE and generate qualified HVAC service leads.

You will schedule appointments for consultations, equipment replacements, or upgrades, and work with store personnel to maximize lead-generation opportunities. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused demeanor, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage retail customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify heating and cooling needs and interest in HVAC services.
• Promote McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services and educate customers on available HVAC services and solutions.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and schedule appointments for HVAC consultations, equipment replacements, or upgrades.
• Work with store personnel to maximize lead-generation opportunities and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Accurately record customer information, leads, and scheduled appointments.
