Lennox International is seeking an HVAC Lab Technician to support mechanical engineers in planning and testing components, equipment, and machinery.

You will test prototypes, fabricate assemblies, review specifications, record results, and help prepare proposals and cost estimates. This is a 2nd shift position from 2pm to 10:30pm, with a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two year degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

What Drives Success

As an HVAC Lab Technician, you will assist mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.

• Assist in establishing work load completion dates.

**This is a 2nd shift position (2pm - 10:30pm)**

What We Offer

Compensation:This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $60,800 - $79,800 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
