Responsibilities

• Maintain daily installation schedules.
• Prepare job folders and paperwork.
• Coordinate permits and inspections.
• Arrange subcontractors and outside resources.
• Communicate schedules and changes.
• Keep customers updated on project details.
• Coordinate information between office and field teams.
• Follow up with homeowners after sales and installations.
• Track project details and outstanding items.
• Work closely with the Installation Manager.
