Cooling Unlimited, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator in Reading, MA. You will be the first point of contact for customers and coordinate field technicians to keep schedules moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable with high call volume and schedule changes.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; 30+ WPM typing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and determine next steps.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
• Coordinate technician schedules and daily routes.
• Communicate appointment updates between customers and technicians.
• Prioritize urgent service requests and adjust plans as needed.
• Follow up with customers after service and for future needs.
• Promote maintenance agreements and customer retention.
• Handle general administrative duties.
