Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage installation projects from scheduling to completion. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The coordinator will work with sales to book installations, assign crews in Service-Titan, prepare required permits, and keep customers informed on timelines. Prior service experience and familiarity with Service-Titan are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!!!
• Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of installation projects to ensure timely completion.
• Book solid installations with the sales team.
• Schedule installations and assign crews in Service-Titan.
• Communicate timelines and scheduling with customers.
• Prepare permits and documents before installation.
• Maintain and update install boards and equipment records.
• Register equipment and rebates as needed.
• Assist customers with inspections and post-installation matters.
• Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
